Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, whole
  • 2 tsp lemon thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp galangal, ground
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds, yellow
  • 1 tsp dill, dried
  • 1 bay leaf, dried
  • 1 tsp herbs (lemon myrtle), dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients and blend finely in a food processor or grind finely in a mortar and pestle. Use the dried spice to season fish, as desired. I can’t say exactly how many servings this will make; it depends on the amount used.
