Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 kg tomatoes, unripe green (tomatoes)
- ½ liter of vinegar
- ¼ liter of water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 100 g sugar
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 10 peppercorns
- 5 carnations
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and pierce them several times with a fork. Combine all the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, then add the tomatoes in batches and cook for a few minutes. While still hot, pour into preserving jars, cover with the liquid, seal tightly, and store in a cool place.
