Chocolate nut muffins without flour

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 170 g chocolate
  • 150 g nuts
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Gluten-free delicious muffins

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the eggs. Then add the grated or melted chocolate, nuts, and cinnamon. Finally, fold in the cornstarch mixed with baking powder. Pour into greased and floured muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 160°C (325°F) top/bottom heat.
