  • 140 g mayonnaise, possibly reduced-calorie
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard, mild
  • 2 tbsp herb(s)
  • a little pepper
  • 4 clove(s) garlic, squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with potatoes, grilled dishes or fondue

Mix all ingredients well and chill.
