Spicy Herb Butter

The perfect spicy herb butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Branded butter soft
  • 0,5 Solo garlic
  • 0,5 teaspoon Sea salt fine
  • 0,25 teaspoon Seasoned pepper
  • 2 Pinches Chilli flakes
  • 1 kl. Cuffs Chives fresh
  • 1 branch Lovage fresh
  • 1 branch Lemon balm fresh
  • 1 Stem smooth Fresh parsley
  • 1 Stem curled Fresh parsley
  1. First stir the butter at room temperature until creamy, then chop the garlic very finely. Pour the salt over the garlic and mash it with the blade of a large knife until it is juicy, then stir into the softened butter with the pepper and chilli flakes.
  2. Wash the fresh green herbs with very cold water and pat dry again, then cut or cut as small as possible. Chop and mix in the same way with the butter. Cover and leave to steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
  3. This spicy herb butter is very quick to make and tastes excellent with pan-fried meat or fish – but I also like it very simply on a slice of farmer’s bread in the evening as a fresh alternative to sausage and cheese monotony.
