  • 4 cl Light soy sauce
  • 4 cl Oyster sauce
  • 3 cl Chilli sauce in oil
  • 6 cl Water
  • 1 size Onion
  • 2 Sliced ​​carrots
  • 1 Red or yellow peppers
  • 1 Cauliflower or broccoli roses
  • 0,5 Zucchini cut into leaves
  • 50 g Beans
  • 50 g Fresh basil leaves
  • 50 g Oil
  • 200 g Rice
  1. Cut the beef into strips and fry them in a pan with a little oil
  2. Deglaze with soy, oyster, chilli sauce (available in every well-stocked supermarket or Asia shop) and water.
