Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 200 ml low-fat milk
- 1 tsp low-fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp, sautéed herbs
- pepper
- chili powder
- possibly Maggi
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil, add the kohlrabi and fry lightly. Add the vegetable stock and milk and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the kohlrabi is tender. Add the cream cheese and season with herbs, spices, and Maggi.
