- 250 g Freshly mixed minced meat
- 1 piece Finely chopped onion
- 1 piece Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 piece Finely chopped red chilli pepper
- 150 g Tomatoes happened
- 6 piece Lasagne sheets
- 120 g Buffalo mozzarella
- 1 cups Cream of sour cream
- 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs freshly finely chopped
- 1 something Olive oil
- 1 piece Grana Padano Parmesan
- 1 something Vegetable broth own production
- 1 pinch Leek thread spice. see my KB. http://www./rezept/398990/Lauchfaeden-im-wuerzigem-Knobi-Pulver.html
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 disc Rosemary ham cut into small pieces
- 4 piece Sliced vine tomatoes
- Fry the mince in olive oil and season with the leek spice.
- Add the onion, garlic, chilli and the boiled ham and fry over a low heat. Deglaze everything with the tomato sauce and a bit of vegetable stock and let it boil down while stirring. Season to taste with the herbs and spices. Then stir in some more sour cream.
- Now layer everything in a baking dish. I always make a lasagne sheet, a dollop of sour cream and then some mince sauce. At the end I add the buffalo mozzarella and I add the rest of the sauce.
- Now place the casserole dish in the electric oven preheated to 180 degrees (top / bottom heat) in the middle of the oven and bake until the cheese is a little brown (approx. 20 min).
- Take the casserole out of the oven. Cover with the tomato slices and season them with salt and pepper.
- Now pour a little more of the cream sour cream over the tomatoes and then sprinkle with the Grana Padano. Each as much as it suits his taste.
- Put the casserole back in the oven, turn on the grill and let the cheese brown to taste. We like it slightly tanned.
- Place the casserole with the form on the dining table. Everyone takes how much they like. We had lamb’s lettuce from our own garden as a starter, but of course you can also eat it with it.
