Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), dried
  • some salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

simple, quick and deliciously fruity

Peel the mangoes and onion and chop them into large pieces. Place both in a bowl and add the chili pepper and salt. Blend until smooth and season to taste. Delicious with rice, poultry, pork medallions, and Mediterranean baked vegetables. Try it with cooked buckwheat.
