Spicy marinated chicken thighs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ tsp harissa
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp herbs, Italian
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 8 small chicken thighs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the first six ingredients together well. Season generously with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and rub them with the paste. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (shiny side up) and place the thighs on it. Cook on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. If the surface becomes too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
