Spicy Meatloaf
The perfect spicy meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- Potatoes
- Cauliflower, nutmeg
- Chopped rosemary
- Thyme, oregano, marjoram, herbs of Provence
- 2 tsp Mustard
- Sweet paprika
- Bulgar
- 2 Pinches (from provided) Ras el Hanout
- Pepper (colored) and salt
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs (1 whole, 1 egg yolk only)
- Meatloaf: mix all the ingredients and pour into a pan rubbed with butter. I put butter on top.
- In the oven at 180-200 degrees for 30-45 minutes. If the other ingredients are still taking, this can still be left in the switched off oven.
- The potatoes first for about 20 minutes. and the cauliflower – in water, milk and 1 teaspoon sugar and a little nutmeg – only later for about 15-25 minutes.
- I just put some hot butter and grated nutmeg over it and garnished with parsley.
- The spice “Ras el Hanout” was a mistake, but it didn’t damage the taste, on the contrary!
