Spicy Paprika Meatloaf
The perfect spicy paprika meatloaf recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Aside from that:
- 1 middle Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 Mini green peppers
- 2 Mini yellow peppers
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Herb mustard
- 1 tbsp Paprika pulp tube
- 2 tbsp Frozen herbs of Provence
- 1 tsp Salt
- 5 turns Colorful pepper from the mill
- 1 tsp Italian spice mix
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika powder
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- Some vegetable oil for the pan and the roast
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Peel the onion and garlic clove and cut both into small cubes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Put the minced meat in a bowl.
- Add the chopped vegetables, the egg, mustard, paprika pulp, herbs and spices to the meat. Knead everything together well and shape into an elongated meatloaf.
- Brush a baking dish thinly with vegetable oil. Put the roast in it and then brush all over with oil. Cook the roast in the oven on the middle rack for about 60-65 minutes. Take out, let rest briefly, then cut open and serve with side dishes of your choice. We ate it with a mushroom and mashed potato casserole with sheep cheese and a green salad with apple and shallot.
