Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Green peppers
  • 2 Carrots about 150 g net
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chilli flakes
  • 1 pinch Vegeta
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 125 g Feta
  • 1 pot Basil
  • 1 roll Pizza dough
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions…. Halve the peppers lengthways and remove the kernels and cut into small cubes, as well as the carrots
  • Heat the oil in a pan .... fry the minced meat and vegetables while stirring
  • add the tomatoes and season the sauce
  • Cover the pan and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes ... put aside and let cool down
  • preheat the oven to 175 ° convection
  • Crumble the feta and cut the basil into fine strips
  • Mix both with the mince sauce and distribute evenly on the pizza dough
  • roll up the dough from the narrow side
  • cut the roll into 3 cm thick slices
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the slices on it
  • Brush the snails with milk
  • Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 - 25 minutes
  • the snails taste warm and cold
