Ingredients
 

  • Filling
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 50 g Goat cheese
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Marjoram
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • Dough
  • 150 g Low fat quark
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • -
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese to sprinkle or top

Instructions
 

  • 1) Preheat the oven to 200C
  • 2) First make the filling. To do this, cut the cheese into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • 3) Mix all ingredients for the dough and a little salt. Roll out the dough and brush with the filling. Roll them together and cut the length into approx. 5cm thick slices.
  • 4) Grease a tray and place the pieces on it. Press it flat.
  • 5) Mix 1 tablespoon of me with egg yolk and spread on top. Put grated cheese on top and bake for 35-40 minutes
