Cheese – Mince – Snails

The perfect cheese – mince – snails recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Filling
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 50 g Goat cheese
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tsp Marjoram
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • Dough
  • 150 g Lowfat quark
  • 1 Protein
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 6 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • ————————————–
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cheese to sprinkle or top
  1. 1) Preheat the oven to 200C
  2. 2) First make the filling. To do this, cut the cheese into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. 3) Mix all ingredients for the dough and a little salt. Roll out the dough and brush with the filling. Roll them together and cut the length into approx. 5cm thick slices.
  4. 4) Grease a tray and place the pieces on it. Press it flat.
  5. 5) Mix 1 tablespoon of me with egg yolk and spread on top. Put grated cheese on top and bake for 35-40 minutes
