Ingredients
- 500 gr Mixed minced meat
- 1 Red peppers I had frozen mixed peppers
- 1 Large tomato
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 0,5 Tube of tomato paste
- 1 teel Granular broth
- 1 teel Chakalaka spice
- 0,5 teel Rose paprika powder
- Salt pepper
- Oil
Instructions
- Fry the minced meat with a little oil until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly.
- Wash the paprika, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips. Add the onion, garlic and paprika to the minced meat. Sweat for 5 minutes and deglaze with approx. 0.5 l of water. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Put the spirellies in boiling salted water. Cook the tomatoes for about 1 min., Remove and peel them. Cut into small pieces.
- Add the tomato and the granulated stock to the minced meat. Season with chakalaka, rose paprika, pepper and salt.
- Serve with the spirellies.
- The fruity version also tastes good. Fold in pieces of mango and pineapple with it
