Spicy Minced Meat Sauce with Spiral Noodles

The perfect spicy minced meat sauce with spiral noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Red peppers I had frozen mixed peppers
  • 1 Large tomato
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 toe Chopped garlic
  • 0,5 Tube of tomato paste
  • 1 teel Granular broth
  • 1 teel Chakalaka spice
  • 0,5 teel Rose paprika powder
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil
  1. Fry the minced meat with a little oil until crumbly. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly.
  2. Wash the paprika, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips. Add the onion, garlic and paprika to the minced meat. Sweat for 5 minutes and deglaze with approx. 0.5 l of water. Let simmer for another 10 minutes.
  3. Put the spirellies in boiling salted water. Cook the tomatoes for about 1 min., Remove and peel them. Cut into small pieces.
  4. Add the tomato and the granulated stock to the minced meat. Season with chakalaka, rose paprika, pepper and salt.
  5. Serve with the spirellies.
