Spicy Minced Meat Sauce
The perfect spicy minced meat sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 Bell peppers (red, yellow, green or orange)
- 2 Rods Leek
- 3 Finely grated carrots
- 1 Can Tomato paste
- 0,5 teaspoon Oregano, thyme and basil
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 0,375 liter Vegetable broth
- 6 tbsp Red wine
- Salt and pepper
- Sear the minced meat with a little oil (can also be olive oil) until it crumbles. Then add the vegetable stock and simmer until a creamy mixture has formed.
- Cut the vegetables into small, very small pieces and sauté them in a saucepan with a little oil. Then add the creamy minced meat mixture and season with tomato paste, oregano, thyme and basil. Stir vigorously and let everything simmer for about 20-30 minutes. If you like it, you can also add fresh garlic very well.
- Finally add the paprika powder and the wine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
