Spicy Oregano Chicken

Ingredients
 

  • 6 Chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 tsp Espelette pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 cups Cream
  • 1 cups Sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oregano with the salt, pepper and Espelette pepper and rub the chicken drumsticks well with this spice mixture and then place them in a roasting pan. Scald the sun-dried tomatoes with hot water and let them steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix the cream with the sour cream well. Squeeze the soaked tomatoes well and cut into fine strips and add to the cream, rub in the garlic and now add the rest of the spice mixture and stir everything very well and now pour this mixture into the roaster and place everything in the lower third of the oven at 200 degrees 40 - Bake for 45 minutes.
  • With us there was rice, mashed potatoes etc. would also be conceivable.
