Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- Oil or butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 eggplant(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 2 potatoes
- 2 shallots
- 180 ml beef broth
- 1 tsp chili powder
- e.g. cumin
- 1 cinnamon stick(s)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Finely dice the vegetables, add them, and sauté. Deglaze with beef broth, add the spices and tomato paste, and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin. Simmer for about 30 minutes, then serve.
