Meatloaf Paprika Sucuk

- 1 kg Pork minced meat fresh
- 0,25 piece Sucuk from the ring
- 100 g Mixed mini peppers
- 100 g Grated Gouda
- 0,5 great Fresh onion
- 2 Pc. Free range eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Clarified butter
- Cut the mini peppers and the onion into small pieces .. Cut the sucuk very small or as we briefly send through the mixer.
- Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Dose the breadcrumbs so that the desired firmness is achieved.
- Shape the mixture into a roast and fry it vigorously on all four sides in the clarified butter. Then carefully place in an oiled roasting pan and bake on the middle rack at 180 C fan for about 40 minutes.
