Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow and green
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 can beans, green beans
  • 1 can kidney beans, large or 2 small
  • 1 can beans, white, with soup vegetables
  • 1 bottle of ketchup, 750ml
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce, barbecue sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the minced meat as usual and fry in a large pot with a little oil until crumbly. Add the finely chopped onion and fry. Wash the bell peppers, remove the inner membranes, cut into small pieces, and add to the minced meat. Braise briefly. Add the white beans with their stock, the green beans and kidney beans (each drained), the ketchup, and the chili sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Tastes even better reheated.
