Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (fusilli)
- 200 g corn from the can
- 4 peppers, hot, from the jar
- 100 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 100 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
- salt and pepper

Cook the pasta until al dente or use leftover pasta. In a small casserole dish, combine the pasta, corn, and chopped peppers and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the milk and eggs together, season, and pour over the pasta. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°C, until the cheese has melted and the egg mixture has set. Mushrooms, peas, and any number of other vegetables can be added to the casserole, if desired. Ham also works well.
