Spicy Pepper Sauce
The perfect spicy pepper sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Miracel Whip balance
- 200 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Pepper mix
- 1 tsp Green pepper from the glass
- Teriyaki sauce or soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Instant vegetable broth
- Finely grind the peppercorns in a mortar with the sugar. Finely chop the pickled peppercorns. Put everything together in a bowl. Add some of the pepper water and stir. Let stand briefly so that it can pull through a bit.
- Add Miracle Whip and yogurt to the pepper mixture. Add apple cider vinegar, vegetable stock and a little teriyaki sauce and stir well. Season with apple cider vinegar and teriykai sauce. The pepper sauce should be spicy on the finish. I made it for my friend because he loved Heinz’s 3 pepper sauce, but it is no longer available to buy. It goes wonderfully with grilled steak, but also with raclette.
