Spicy pineapple salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 bunch of leeks or spring onions
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cane sugar
  • 10 leaves mint, fresh
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the pineapple into chunks, slice the leek into rings, and finely chop the mint. Mix the balsamic vinegar, oil, cane sugar, and chili powder together to make the dressing and mix with the remaining ingredients. A perfect salad for barbecue season.
