  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 4 cups of cream (200 ml each)
  • 250 g chocolate (Kinder chocolate)
  • 6 tbsp Nutella
  • 100 g chocolate (Kinder chocolate), chopped
  • 4 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 packs of cream stiffener
  • 100 g chocolate (Kinder chocolate)
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 8 chocolate bars (Kinder bars), 1 surprise egg

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Melt the 150g Kinder chocolate for the dough and the 250g Kinder chocolate for the filling separately in a double boiler and let cool. Cream the butter until creamy and gradually stir in 75g of the sugar, the cocoa, the egg yolks, the eggs, the vanilla sugar, and the cooled chocolate (150g). Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in. Then beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in the remaining 75g sugar. Finally, fold the beaten egg whites into the batter. Divide the batter in half and bake two layers one after the other in a springform pan in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 40-45 minutes. For the filling, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Then stir in the cooled, melted Kinder chocolate and fold in the chopped Kinder chocolate. Spread the layers with Nutella. Spread the chocolate cream on the bottom layer and place the second layer on top, Nutella-side down. Finally, add 5 tablespoons of cream to the melted Kinder chocolate and spread it on top of the cake. Decorate the cake as desired with Kinder chocolate, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a Kinder Surprise egg.
