Spicy Pork Chops

The perfect spicy pork chops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 Pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Spicy ajvar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Some oregano leaves
  • 0,5 tsp Coarse sea salt
  1. Pluck the oregano leaves from the stems and finely chop. Mix the ajvar, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano and sea salt together well.
  2. Wash the chops and pat dry, brush on both sides with the marinade, place on a plate and cover with cling film and leave to marinate at room temperature for about 1-2 hours.
  3. Potato salad with rocket and mixed leaf salad tastes good with it.
