Smoked Pork Chops
The perfect smoked pork chops recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Frozen princess beans
- 500 g Boneless Kassel ridge
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Broth
- Salt pepper
- Cook the beans in salted water for 6 minutes
- Cut the kasseler & 1 onion into cubes
- Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the smoked pork loin in it, remove.
- Sauté the onion in the pan, add the beans.
- Add 5,100 ml stock and cook covered for 2-3 minutes
- Put the kasseler back in the pan and season with salt and pepper
