Smoked Pork Chops

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Frozen princess beans
  • 500 g Boneless Kassel ridge
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Broth
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the beans in salted water for 6 minutes
  • Cut the kasseler & 1 onion into cubes
  • Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the smoked pork loin in it, remove.
  • Sauté the onion in the pan, add the beans.
  • Add 5,100 ml stock and cook covered for 2-3 minutes
  • Put the kasseler back in the pan and season with salt and pepper
  • ♥ Goes with: mashed potatoes
