Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 600 g potatoes, cooked from the previous day
- 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 small bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bunch marjoram
- 150 g meat sausage
- ½ tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and slice the potatoes. Peel the onions and garlic cloves and chop both very finely. Wash, trim, and slice the zucchini. Wash, trim, and slice the bell pepper. Rinse the marjoram thoroughly and remove the leaves from the stems. Peel the sausage and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the potatoes and fry for 5 minutes. Mix in the onions, garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper, and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring carefully occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, add the sausage cubes and marjoram leaves and fry briefly.
