Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-sized potatoes, mainly waxy
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
- curry powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Wash the potatoes and, with the skin on, quarter or eighth them, depending on their size. Wash the potato wedges to remove some of the starch. Mix the oil and seasoning in a bowl and add the drained potato wedges. Now either cover and shake, or simply stir until all the potatoes have been coated with the oil and seasoning mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, until nice and crispy. Turn occasionally and season again after baking if desired. Goes great with grilled food and salad, or simply as a side dish.
