Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g prawns, large (frozen)
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of cream
- 150g Gorgonzola
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- a few stalks of rosemary
- a few stalks of sage
- a few sprigs of oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the finely chopped garlic cloves. Add the thawed prawns. Sauté for about five minutes. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another five minutes. Finally, add the cream, crumbled Gorgonzola, and finely chopped herbs. Season with chili, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes at medium heat. Delicious with pasta or dark farmhouse bread.
