Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 160 g pasta of your choice
- salt water
- 100 g chorizo, cut into thin slices
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 200 g red bell pepper(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 200 g shrimp(s), slightly larger, from the refrigerated section
- 200 g cream
- some salt
- 1 tbsp Pul Biber
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- ½ tbsp coriander powder
- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp oregano, dried
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chives for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Pasta always works
Mix together all the ingredients for the seasoning. Drain the prawns, pat them dry, and stir 1 tablespoon of the seasoning into the prawns. Save the rest for next time. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, briefly fry the chorizo slices in the oil and then remove from the pan. Add the butter to the pan and sauté the diced bell peppers for 2 minutes. Add the marinated prawns and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Deglaze with the cream, stir in the pasta and chorizo slices, and cook briefly until the cream has almost been absorbed by the pasta. Season to taste with salt. Divide between plates and serve sprinkled with chives.
