Pasta with chorizo ​​and shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 160 g pasta of your choice
  • salt water
  • 100 g chorizo, cut into thin slices
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 200 g red bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 200 g shrimp(s), slightly larger, from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g cream
  • some salt
  • 1 tbsp Pul Biber
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • ½ tbsp coriander powder
  • ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tbsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives for sprinkling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pasta always works

Mix together all the ingredients for the seasoning. Drain the prawns, pat them dry, and stir 1 tablespoon of the seasoning into the prawns. Save the rest for next time. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, briefly fry the chorizo ​​slices in the oil and then remove from the pan. Add the butter to the pan and sauté the diced bell peppers for 2 minutes. Add the marinated prawns and garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Deglaze with the cream, stir in the pasta and chorizo ​​slices, and cook briefly until the cream has almost been absorbed by the pasta. Season to taste with salt. Divide between plates and serve sprinkled with chives.
