Spicy pumpkin and ginger soup

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml meat broth, strong, granulated
  • 500 g pumpkin flesh, pitted, peeled, diced
  • 1 medium-sized potato(s), peeled, diced
  • 20 g ginger, peeled, grated
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Bring the meat broth to a boil. Add the pumpkin, potatoes, and ginger and cook until soft. Then purée the soup finely and stir in the crème fraîche. Serve hot.
