Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rinse the chickpeas in a colander and drain well. Pat dry. Place the chickpeas in a Ziploc bag and add the olive oil. Shake until evenly distributed. Then pour the contents onto a baking sheet and roast for 30-45 minutes. Turn every 10 minutes and shake the chickpeas to prevent them from burning. Watch them closely and only remove them when they are truly crispy. Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with the spices and salt. Mix well until evenly distributed, then serve!
