Spicy sausage salad with a twist

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 ham, raw, diced
  • 70 g salami, diced
  • 150 g Gouda, diced
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 small can of green beans
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

Quarter the bell pepper, remove the seeds, wash, and cut into thin strips. Drain the beans. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic clove. Combine the vinegar and mustard, then whisk in the oil. Add the onion and garlic clove and mix. Combine the salad ingredients in a bowl with the marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Serve with rye rolls.
