Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped paprika powder
- 1 tsp, heaped curry powder
- 1 tbsp oil (safflower oil)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 ginger root, finger-length
- 2 chili peppers, yellow
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup of brunch (cream cheese)
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 2 tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
- some desiccated coconut, to defuse if it gets too hot
Instructions

Dice the chicken and mix it in a bowl with the spices, such as paprika and curry powder. Finely grate the ginger and garlic, finely chop the chili pepper, and mix everything with the meat. Roughly chop the onion and sauté briefly in a pan with hot oil. Then add the meat and sear until crispy. Deglaze with a cup of water and simmer for a few minutes. Now stir in the curry paste, then dissolve the cream cheese (Brunch) and sesame paste in the sauce. To counteract the initial spiciness, sprinkle the meat with some desiccated coconut after serving.
