Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine (dry)
- 2 liters of passion fruit juice
- 1 liter of juice (multivitamin juice or ACE juice)
- 1 can peach(s)
- 1 can pineapple or apricots
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)

Freeze passion fruit juice into ice cubes, or better yet, into a sorbet-like consistency! Chill all ingredients thoroughly beforehand. Drain the fruit and reserve the canned juice. Cut the peaches and apricots into bite-sized pieces. Combine all ingredients. Sweeten with the canned juice, if desired. Alternatives: 1. If all of this is too bland for you, you can soak the fruit in schnapps for a few hours beforehand. For the really die-hard punch drinkers, you can add a little vodka. 2. If you have a lot of sweet-toothed guests, you can also add a packet of vanilla ice cream; this will make the punch sweeter, softer, and creamier.
