Spicy Shrimp and Pea Pasta

Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Penne or other pasta
  • 150 g Arctic prawns
  • 50 g Peas
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 Handful Arugula
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil, plus a little more to fry
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside. Also cook the peas in salted water and set aside.
  • Salt and pepper the prawns and fry quickly in olive oil. Put aside.
  • Press the garlic cloves, add the parsley, mix with the olive oil and the chilli, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix the pasta, peas, prawns and the oil mixture, heat again briefly, fold in the rocket, done! Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
