Spicy Shrimp and Pea Pasta

The perfect spicy shrimp and pea pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g Penne or other pasta
  • 150 g Arctic prawns
  • 50 g Peas
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 Handful Arugula
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil, plus a little more to fry
  • 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside. Also cook the peas in salted water and set aside.
  1. Salt and pepper the prawns and fry quickly in olive oil. Put aside.
  1. Press the garlic cloves, add the parsley, mix with the olive oil and the chilli, season with salt and pepper.
  1. Mix the pasta, peas, prawns and the oil mixture, heat again briefly, fold in the rocket, done! Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
