Ingredients
- 350 g Penne or other pasta
- 150 g Arctic prawns
- 50 g Peas
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 1 Handful Arugula
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp Olive oil, plus a little more to fry
- 0,5 tsp Chilli flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside. Also cook the peas in salted water and set aside.
- Salt and pepper the prawns and fry quickly in olive oil. Put aside.
- Press the garlic cloves, add the parsley, mix with the olive oil and the chilli, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the pasta, peas, prawns and the oil mixture, heat again briefly, fold in the rocket, done! Serve sprinkled with Parmesan.
