Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 handfuls of fresh leaf spinach
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 2 apples
- 1 piece(s) ginger, approx. 2 cm
- 150 ml coconut water
Instructions

Green juice with spinach, apple, cucumber and ginger
Wash the vegetables, core the apples, and peel the ginger. Put everything in a juicer, top up with coconut water, stir, and your green pick-me-up is ready. It can also be served as a smoothie.
