Spicy Sriracha Cauliflower

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 lime(s), juice and zest
  • 2 stalks spring onion(s), sliced
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce (Sriracha sauce)

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Break the cauliflower into small roses, wash, and drain well. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the cauliflower for 9 minutes until golden brown all over. Combine the garlic, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl, pour over the cauliflower, and fry for another 5 minutes. Add the spring onions and fry for 1 minute.
