Spicy Stuffed Cannelloni

- 200 g Chopped half and half
- 1 Onion
- 150 g French beans fresh
- 1 Free range egg
- 1 tsp Chopped capers
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- 2 cups Liquid cream
- 0,5 liter Vegetable broth
- 2 tsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Curry
- 1 tbsp Worchester sauce
- Pepper salt
- Chopped parsley
- Chopped dill
- Freshly chopped chives
- Make a mixture from the minced meat with all the ingredients (similar to meat loaf – only without a baker’s share). Mix in the blanched green beans and pour into the cannelloni – this is best done with a piping bag with a large opening.
- For the sauce, mix all ingredients as described above (except herbs). Pour the sauce into a suitable ovenproof dish. Then put in the filled cannelloni. The cannelloni should be covered with the sauce. If not, turn it every now and then.
- Cook in the oven at 200 ° C for approx. 1 hour until al dente. Just before the end of cooking, stir in the herbs and check the consistency of the sauce. Taste!
