Spicy tomato soup with kabanossi, peas and corn

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 large sausages (Kabanossi)
  • 2 gr. can/n tomato paste, approx. 400 g
  • 2 liters of vegetable broth
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • herbal salt
  • 1 can of corn, approx. 300 g
  • 1 pack of frozen peas, approx. 500 g
  • Crème fraîche to round off

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

good for parties and on cold days

Finely chop the onions and sauté. Cut the kabanossi into small pieces and fry with the onions until crispy. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat. Add the chili sauce and season with spices. Add the corn and frozen peas and heat through. Top with crème fraîche before serving.
