Fruity berry ice cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g fresh berries, e.g. strawberries, blackberries, etc.
  • 130 ml milk
  • 75 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 50 g sour cream
  • Chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Basic recipe for 10 scoops of ice cream without cream from the ice cream maker

Wash the berries and let them dry. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate, in a measuring jug or similar container and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze for 20 minutes. Add chocolate or fruit garnishes, if desired, and serve.
