Spicy turkey curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat
  • 3 spring onions or
  • 1 onion(s)
  • ½ can pineapple
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • ½ liter chicken broth (instant)
  • 1 tsp curry (or more)
  • 1 bag of saffron
  • Crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, sear, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan. Slice the onions into rings and sauté them. Add the pineapple and ginger, and sauté briefly again. Add the meat and raisins. Deglaze everything with the chicken stock, curry, and saffron. Sauté for about 20 minutes. Thicken with crème fraîche before serving. Season again with salt and pepper. This goes well with rice, but mashed potatoes also work well.
