Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g turkey breast, diced
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 370 g tomatoes, chopped, with herbs
- 2 banana(s), sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- some vegetable broth
- salt and pepper

Brown the meat in the oil. It should be just cooked through. Remove it from the pan with a slotted spoon to retain some of the oil and meat juices. Set the meat aside, season with salt and pepper. Sauté the onion in the hot pan until translucent. Add the tomato pieces and simmer briefly. Add the curry powder. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and vegetable stock. Add the banana slices and cook for about 1 minute. Return the meat to the pan and heat through. Serve with pasta, rice, or quinoa. Tip: For more sauce, add a little cream or vegetable stock.
