Spicy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 6 piece Carrots
  • 9 piece Large potatoes
  • 0,5 piece Celery
  • 3 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 Red chilli pepper
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 2 Onions
  • 6 tsp 4 - 6 teaspoons of beef broth instant
  • 2 tsp 1 - 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 3 tbsp 2 - 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1,5 liter Hot water
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Beef broth instant
  • 2 tbsp 1 - 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Cooking cream
  • 1 Cup Coriander chopped / cut
  • 1 Can Hot dog

Instructions
 

  • Peel the carrots with the peeler, quarter them lengthways and cut into cubes. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Clean, peel and dice the celery. Peel and finely dice the garlic. Clean, wash and finely dice the chilli pepper. Peel and dice the onions. Sear the vegetables (diced carrots, diced potatoes, diced celery, diced garlic cloves, diced chili peppers, diced ginger and diced onions) in a saucepan with oil (2 - 3 tbsp) and stir-fry with hot water. Season with beef broth (4 - 6 teaspoons) and salt (1 teaspoon) and cook / simmer for about 25 minutes. Work / mash through well with the potato masher and season with salt (½ teaspoon), pepper (½ teaspoon), instant broth (2 teaspoons), butter (1 - 2 tablespoons) and sprinkle with cream or cream (1 cup) and chopped coriander (1 Cup). Serve the hot soup with hot sausages and mustard.
