Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

with minced meat and peppers

Fry the minced meat until it’s fairly cooked through. Sauté the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic clove in the minced meat until translucent. Dice the bell peppers and fry briefly. Add water until it’s almost covered. Then add the peeled and diced zucchini and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, add the tomato paste. Finally, season generously with pepper, salt, and paprika. Thicken to desired consistency with a sauce thickener or similar if desired. Serve with potatoes, rice, or baguette. Tip: It tastes even better the next day, after it’s been well marinated.
