Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g beef, for goulash, diced
- 300 g pork, for goulash, diced
- 4 medium-sized onions, chopped
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into pieces
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into pieces
- 3 small zucchini, cut into cubes
- 4 tomatoes, cut into pieces
- 500 g green beans, cut into pieces
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
- Salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Paprika powder, sweet
- oregano
- Thyme
- oil
- 250 ml broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat, along with the onions. Pour in the broth and seasonings. Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add the vegetables 35 minutes before the end of cooking time. Season to taste before serving.
