Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g beef, for goulash, diced
  • 300 g pork, for goulash, diced
  • 4 medium-sized onions, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, cut into pieces
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into pieces
  • 3 small zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into pieces
  • 500 g green beans, cut into pieces
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • oregano
  • Thyme
  • oil
  • 250 ml broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 35 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat, along with the onions. Pour in the broth and seasonings. Cover and simmer over low heat for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add the vegetables 35 minutes before the end of cooking time. Season to taste before serving.
