Spinach and Gorgonzola pasta

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 450 g spinach, frozen
  • 175 g blue cheese (Bavaria Blu “the spicy one”)
  • e.g. noodles
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the desired amount of pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, thaw the spinach in a saucepan and then melt the blue cheese in it. Now add the garlic cloves and season with salt, pepper, and Maggi. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and finally toss it with the spinach. Season again if necessary.
