Spinach and pasta casserole for babies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g spinach, frozen
  • 50 g pasta
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 slice(s) Gouda or Mozzarella
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Baby Led Weaning (BLW) and finger food for babies

Thaw the spinach. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Combine the spinach, pasta, sour cream, and nutmeg in a small casserole dish or ovenproof bowl and top with cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C (375°F). I always make this recipe for the whole family and briefly blanch the frozen spinach in hot water. I also season the sour cream for the adults with salt and pepper.
