Avocado tramezzi rolls

  • 1 slice(s) white bread for tramezzini
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 lemon wedge(s)

Roll out the bread slice thinly with a rolling pin. Drizzle the avocado with lemon juice and mash or puree it finely with a fork. Spread the avocado mixture thinly onto the tramezzini bread and roll it up from the two short sides towards the center. You can leave a 2 cm wide strip free when spreading it so the mixture doesn’t leak out. Separate the two rolls in the middle. Either cut them into slices or hold the whole roll in your hand. My daughter loves this for breakfast or as a snack. I like it too! Variation: add a little garlic or cayenne pepper.
