Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon(s)
- 6 tbsp walnut oil
- 3 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- e.g. walnut kernels
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce. Squeeze the oranges and lemon and mix the juice with the remaining ingredients. Don’t forget to season to taste, as the quantities are approximate; I usually do it by taste. Then toss it with the lettuce and sprinkle the finely crushed walnuts on top.
